Exceptional podcast! This podcast is very informative yet so real and relational. I get so much out of every episode. This podcast has helped me feel less alone and understood. For the first time I realize that I’m not broken and I redeemable, I’m not damaged beyond repair. Thank you for this amazing podcast!

Worth the time

I started this podcast roughly a year ago from start to finish. I was struggling, had tried several other podcasts, several counselors, and I was just lost but really could not identify why. I started listening to this podcast in the mornings and my life has really changed. It gives me the tools in the morning to wake up my emotions and really dive into some topics that have made me more self aware without shame. I would recommend this podcast to anyone who is struggling with themselves and can’t really pinpoint why but know they need a change.
